Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer of Mid-Am Building Solutions LLC, a private equity owned platform of Midwest-based union electrical and mechanical contractors. We strategically focus on these two specialty trades and continuously look to grow organically and inorganically geographically and with new service offerings.

Functioned as Chief Accounting Officer for MYR Group (Nasdaq: MYRG). Lead point for the external audit. Led implementations of new technical accounting guidance along with accounting for complex tax and opening balance sheet work.

Functioned as Strategy lead at MYR by running point on multiple M&A transactions, along with leading the integration efforts post-close. MYR’s due diligence philosophy of developing the integration plan while in the diligence phase led to smoother transitions post-close.
